The wine delivers a velvety, smooth palate with a gently sweet finish that lingers with ripe fruit flavors.

Crafted from mechanically harvested grapes, this wine undergoes a carefully controlled seven-day fermentation at 28°C to develop its signature color and aromatic profile. Following fermentation, natural malolactic fermentation softens the wine and enhances its stability, creating a beautifully balanced expression of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety.
