Barbera del Monferrato is the everyday workhorse of Piedmont — beloved for its bright fruit, lively acidity, and supreme food-friendliness. The pour shows a vibrant ruby-purple hue. The nose opens with fresh black cherry, ripe plum, juicy berries, dried herbs, and a wisp of violet.
