KOVAL was founded in 2008 as the first distillery in Chicago since the mid-1800s, and the brand is known for clean, single-grain, certified organic spirits.

Bright, warming and lightly sweet, with vibrant fresh ginger zing balanced by gentle sweetness and a clean finish. 30% ABV. Beautiful on its own over ice with a lemon twist, in a Moscow Mule (with ginger beer for double the bite), or stirred into whiskey cocktails to add depth and spice.
