Chateau de Berne Romance Rose 750ml

From Provence's Château de Berne, Romance is a pale salmon rosé blended from Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Syrah and Merlot. The grapes are harvested in the cool of the night to preserve aromatic freshness, then gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures. Bottled as IGP Méditerranée at 12.5% ABV.

The nose is bright and intense — red berries, citrus zest and a touch of white flowers. On the palate it's light, fresh and elegantly textured, with notes of peach, apricot and a clean, mineral finish. Best served well chilled (8-10°C). Wonderfully versatile: enjoy as an aperitif, with grilled fish, summer salads, charcuterie boards, sushi or simply on its own through a long Mediterranean afternoon.
